WHEREAS: It has become necessary to meet the payment
of interest and retirement of Pasco Water Revenue Bonds
of 1948:
NOW THEREFORE: Be it resolved by the Mayor and City
Council of the City of Pasco, Washington, that the sum
and total of $8,750.00, be transferred from City Water
Department funds to a fund for payment of interest and
retirement of Pasco Water Revenue Bonds of 1948 as set
forth in Ordinance No. 617 and the City Clerk and City
Treasurer be and are hereby authorized to make such
transfer.
