WHEREAS: Certain warrants heretofore issued by the City of Pasco,
have been uncalled for and unclaimed for more than three years
last past and the address of the persons to whom said warrants
were issued is unknown and it is desirable that said warrants be
cancelled :
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it resolved by the mayor and City Council of the
City of Pasco, that warrant No. 1723811ssued July 30, 1942; Yssuedt
to Earl Magill; Warrant No.18713, issued May 31st7 1944,to L.
KitcheAL; and Warrant No.187174ssued May 31stit 1944 to T. Sliman,,
be and the same are hereby canceled and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized to cancel each and all of the above named warrants.
Passed by the Council this day of December, 1947.
