TITT STATE AUDITOR IS I &HEBY AUTHORIZED AND DIRECTED to reserve from monthly fuel
tax allotments the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the
money reasonably anticipated to accrue to the: credit of the city of
Ffnxb in the 1,1otor Vehicle Fund during the current biennium.; and
Upon notice to said auditor from'the•Director of Highways that the a resaid work
has been completed, and a. statement of cost has been furnished the ty of
Pates of the cost of all labor, equipm,.t, material, supplies, and
engineering, the State Auditor is further autihorized and directed to effect re-
imbursement to the Departmont of _IziChw ays in the amount of such cost from the
fords reserved, hovrGver, not to exceed the abovespecified sum with any unexpended
