WHEREAS; There was heretofore issued during the year .10,47,
General Obligation bonds in the sum ofI32,000.00 for the
pLrpose of.installing a filtration plant in the City of Pasco, and
whereas the ordinance providing for said bonds also provides for
a special levy of taxes against the taxable property of the City
of Pasco, for the purpose of paying said bonds and interest,. and
whereas, the first six months interest will be due on said bonds
on the first day of September, 1947, and no moneys will be received
from said taxes until on or about the fifteenth day of March, 1948;
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it resolved by the 714ayor and City Council of the
City of Pasco, that the City Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized and instructed to pay the interest due September Tst,1947,
on the X132,000.00 general obligation bonds for filtration purposes,
in the sum of X1,320.00 out of the general funds of the City:df
Pasco, by transfer and charge the same against the general
obligation Retirement Bond Fund and reimburse the general fund
therefor out of the first moneys received frori the special tax
levy for said general obligation bonds.
Passed by the Council this 19 day of August 1947.
