WHEREAS; The City of Pasco is the owner of all of the abbutting
property, and Whereas; It is the desire of the City of Pasco to
vacate the following portions of streets and alleys,to-wit:
That portion of the alley from Olive street to Shoshone street
between Lucas and Pacific Streets; and that portion of the alley
from Olive to Shoshone street betweenPacific and Dakota streets,
and that portion of the alley from Lucas to Dakota street between
Shoshone and Hopkins streets, and that p6rtion of the alley
from Lucas to Dakota streets between Hopkins and Olive streets,
and that portion of Hopkins Street from Lucas to Dakota streets,
Pacific Street from Olive to Shoshone
all in blocks 13 - 14 - 15 and 16, Nelms Addition to Pasco,

Be it resloved by the Mayor and City Council that
Tuesday the _/1�1-day of ,. 1947, at the hour of
Bight o'clock in the after on of said day, at the Council
Chamgers in the City Hall, in Qascori be and the same isrthe time
and place set when any person interested therein may appear and
be heard in the matter.
