TI -T STATE AUDITOR IS I REBY AUTHORIZED AND DI"ECTED to reserve from monthly fuel
tax allotments the above specified sum, being an amount not in excess of the
money reasonably anticipated to accrue to the credit of the _yof
i=Et co in the Motor Vehicle Fund during the current biennium; and
Unon notice to said auditor fr•on'the Director of Highways that the aforesaid work
has been completed, and a otatemont of cost has been furr_ishod the City of
cCts of the cost of all labor, equipment, matcrial, supplies, and
engineering, the State Auditor is further authorized and directed to effect re-
irnburso ment to the Departmont of i?ighw ys 9.n the amount of such cost from the
funds reserved, however, r_ot to erceod the above specified sum with any unexpended
balance to be released to the City of Pw-e and to be included
in the next succeeding warrant covering fuel tax allotments; all in accordance with
Section 11, Chapter 82 of the Session Lavas of 1943.
