WHEREAS, The City of Masco is desirous.of building a swimming
pool for the use and benefit of the public;
AND WHEREAS, the said City of Pasco desires'to retain the
services of an architedt for the drawing of plans and specifl-
cations and supervising the building of said swimming pool.;
AND WHEREAS, after consulting with different architects its
the desire of the City Council to retain the service of
W.L. Malony for said purposes above set forth:
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it resolved by the'Mayor and City Council of
the City of Pasco, that the said City of Pasco, retain the
services-. of W.L. Malony for the purpose. of .drawing plans and
specifications for a swimming pool and to superintend the
construction of said swimming pool and the Mayor and City
Clerk be and -they are herein authorized to sign a,nd execute
the contract thereforeon behalf of the City of Pasco, which
contract has been ratified and agreed to by.the City Council
under date of 1947.
Passed by the City ouncil and approved by the mayor, this
