WHEREAS THE CITY OF PASCO is desirous of purchasing the U.S.0.
Building, in said City of Pasco, Franklin County, State of Wash-
ington, for recreational proposes and such other purposes as the
City may wish to put it; And whereas, it is beleived the said
building can be purchased for the sum of $12000.00:
NOW THEREFORE;
Be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of
the City of Pasco, that the mayor of said City of Pasco, be and
he is hereby authorized to negotiate with the proper parties for
the purchase of said building for a sum not to exceed $12,000.00
with a payment of $5000.00 cash at time of purchase and $7000.00
within one year from date of purchase, and to purchase said buil-
ding on the above terms.
