WHEREAS, The City of Pasco waives its right to a hearing on the
petition of the Northern Pacific Railway Compnay for the building
and maintaining a rail$ftd spur on and across 5th street in the
City of Pasco:
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it resolved by the mayor and City Council of
the City of Pasco, that the City Clerk of the City of Pasco, be
and she is hereby autnorized and instructed to notify the Northern
Pacific Railway Company that the City of Pasco,through its Mayor
and City Council have and do waive its right to a hearing on the
petition of the Northern Pacific Railway Company for the building
and maintaining of a railway spur across 5th Sterrt in the City of
Pasco.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the mayor this
