RESOLUTION NO. 273
OF Pasco Franklin
Count, ,Washington
WHEREAS The Boards of County Commissioners of Denton and Franklin
Counties have on the 13th day of December, 1946, by joint resolution
formed the Benton-Franklin County Health District under the provisions
of Chapter 183, Laws of 1945; and
IIREAS,.the City of Pasco is an incorporated town within
-the boundaries of said Benton--Franklin County Health,District and
WHEREAS The Town of Pasco desires and wishes to par-
ticipate in said Benton-Franklin County Health District and to con-
tribute its share toward the District HeAlth Fund.
Now.Therefore Be It Resolved that the city of Pasco participate
in said Benton-Franklin County Health District by contribution toward
the `said District Health Fund in accordance- with the provisions of
Chapter 183, Laws of 1945.
