Whereas it is desired to sell United States War Bonds Series G,
and transfer funds from the operating fund of the City Mater De-
partment and retire certain certain sewer extension bonds:
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it resolved by the Mayor and City douncil of
the City of Pasco, That the City Treasurer be and he is hereby
authorized to sell $20,000.00 worth of United States War Bonds
Series G, now held by the City Water Detartment and to transfer
the funds from such sale together with an additional $5,000.0o
from the operating fund of the City Water Department and use the
same to call and retire Sewer Extension Binds numbers 101 to 125
inclusive;Series A.as soon as same are callable,, as set out in
ordinance No. 531., //
