WHEREAS, The Northern Pacific Railway Company,a corporation, has
akes for an easement across South 5th Street for right of way for
a spur track to the property now held by I.I.Grigg, and WHEREAS; The
City Council is in favor of granting such right of way:
NOW THERERE, Be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Pasco,that an easement across South 5th Street for the purp-
ose of building,installing and maintaining a spur track across South
5th Srteet, in the City of Pasco, from their "Incline Track" now cro-
ssing said 5th street to the property now held by I.I.Grigg,be granted
to the Northern Pacific Railway Company.
Passed by the Council this qday of November, 1946
