WHEREAS, The City of Pasco, now has the use and control of that cer-
tain building at Volunteer Park in said City, known as the U.S.O.
Building,and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to make
or establish rates for rentals for said building for various purpo-
ses to other organizations and persons:
NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Pasco, that the rentals for short periods of time for the
building known as the U.S.O. Hall or Building, be and the same are
hereby fixed as follows:
Minimum rental for any portion of one day $15.00.
Maximum rental for any portion of one day $75.00, excepting for
luncheons and for luncheons the rate shall be 25¢ per plate, and
for activities where admission is charged the rental shall be fifteen
per cent of the gross receipts for admission.
