WHEREAS, a resolution was heretofore passed by the City Council
empoering the hiring of Richards & Blum of Spokane, Washington,as
fiscal agents to represent the City of Pasco in the proposed bond
issue to be submitted to the voters at the coming election; and
'WHEREAS, It is no longer desired to hire the said Richards & Blum,
as such fiscal agents:
NW1 THERE FORE:
Be it resolved that the resolution passed by the
City Council of the City of Pasco, on the _day of
authorizing the hiring of Richards & Blum as fiscal agents repre-
sent the City of Pasco, in the matter of the bond issue to be submitted
to the voters of the City of Pasco, at the coming election,be and
the same is hereby revoked, and of no further effect.

Passed by the Council this qday of 1946.
Approved by the mayor this day of 1946.
