JHLHL1�S, The Lnited metates of America is desirous of obtaining a
perpetual easment and riht of way, over and through, under, along
and across a parcel of land situate in the northwest quarter of
Settion 20, Township 9 North, mange 30 in Franklin County,
State of :Jashington, now owned by the City of Pasco, and 4hereas,
it is the desire and purpose of the City Uouncil of said City of
Pasco, to grant said easement:

Be it resolved by the Vity Council of the 6ity of
Pasco, that the mayor and city clerk be and they are hereby
authorized and instructed to make, execute a nd deliver to the
tnited States of America, a ten (10) year right of way over and
through, under, along and across that certain parcel of land
situated in the northwest quarter of Section 20, Township 9 North,
'Range 30, L.W.M. in Franklin County, State of '.7ashinGton, belonging
to the City of Pasco, which easement covers a parcel of land
containing 0.62 of an acre more or less, as set out and described
in the proposed easement submitted to the City Council.
