WHEREAS:
Due to the absence of City Ittorney D.W. tent and it
being necessary to have U.S.O. Building lease signed this
date;
THEREFORE BE IT RE -SOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of
Pasco, that John Horrigan be empowered to act as Deputy
City Attorney for the purpose of signing U.S.O. Building
lease,
Passedand approved this 24th day of April, 1946.
