WHEREAS, at a special election,held on the 6th day of November,
1945, `general obligation bonds of the City of Pasco, in the sum
of )'127,000.00 were authorized and approved by the required
majority vote of the -legal voters of said City of Pasco,.and,
WHEREAS, The City of Pasco is now desirous of issueing and selling
xsaid bonds.,- and
WHEREAS, It is the desire.of the City Council of said City of Pasco,
to call,for bids.and sell the.said bonds to the highest and best
bidder:
NOVI THEREFORE
Be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of Pasco, that.the City Clerk of said City of Pasco, be and
she is hereby authorized and'instrueted to publish a call for
bids in the Pasco, Herald, a newspaper pAliq�ied in Pasco, Frank
lin County, State of Washington, and .,The Daily Journal of Commerce,
Seattle, 4a,shin:gton, for 2 consecutive issues of said paper,
reserving the right to reject.any or all bids.
.Adopted by the City Council. this"` 2nd day .of. April, 1946.
