WHEREAS: The Recreation Committee has requested permission to
spend the monies budgeted for recreation purposes without the
necessity -of getting permission from the City Council for each
expenditure;
AND WHEREAS: Certain funds have been tqudgeted to the Recreation
Fund:
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it resolved by the Mayor aid City Council of
the City of Pasco:.
ls.t:
That the budget allowance shall be divided into.twelve
(12),equ41 parts with the object of holding each months ex-
penditures as near the monthly portion.as possible.
2nd:
That the Recreation Committee may spend up to an amount of
one.twelfth of the budget each month without special permission
of the Council aid submit vouchers therefor at the end of
each month, but that before spendingor contracting to spend
more than one twelfth of the annual, budget or accumulative
portion thereof at any one month special permission of the
City Council must first be obtained.
Passed by the Council this 19 day of February, 1946.
Approved by the Mayor this 19 day of February, 1946.
