WHEREAS:
Due to the limited facilities of the City of Pasco
Yater Department, it is desired to prohibit the further
extension of water services beyond the corporate limits of
the City of Pascoe
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the
City.of Pasco, that on or after January 1, 1946, no further
extensions of Rater services beyond the corporate limits of
the City of Pasco shall be made; that water services existing
on January 1, 1946, may continue to be served by the City
of Pasco mater Department, and that such water services are
subject at any time to a revision of the existing water rates,
upon direction of the City Council.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Mayor,
this l8 ^day of December 1945.
