WHEREAS:
It is desired by the city council of the city of Pasco,
Franklin County, State of S' Vashington,that a special elettaiQn be
held in the city of Pasco, for the purpose of submitting to the
voters of said City the question of issuing bonds against the
taxable property of the city for the purpose of installing a filtr-
ation plant in said city:
N07W THEREFORE:
Be it resolved that the City Clerk be instructed to
notify the County Election Board of Franklin County, State of Wash-
ington of the desire of the city of Pasco to hold the above set
forth election.
