WHEREAS councilma V. F. Marshall has been absent from the regular
cou*@cil meetings for more than three consecutive meetings of the
City Councfa, and from all other meetings during said time,and
WHEREAS, the said V.F.Marshall is no longer a resident of the city
of Pasco,Franklin County, Washingtons
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it resolved that the office of city councilman
held by V.F.Marshall be and the same is hereby declared vacant,
and that the said V.F.Marshall is no longer a councilman of the
city of Pasco, Franklin County, State of Washington.
Done by the city Council at and in regular meeting this day
of September, 1945.
