WHEREAS:
The United States Government is now the owners as occupants
of that certain building located and being in the City Park between
3rd and 4th Streets in Pasco Washington, and known as the U.S.O.
Building; and WHEREAS, it is understood that said building will be
for sale after the end of the present war with Japan, and WHEREAS,
The city of Pasco is desirous of purchasing said building when the
same becomes available;
NOW THEREFORE"i
Be it resolved by the mayor and city Counc-1 of the
City of Pasco, that as soon as the said U.S.O.Building is for sale
that the City of Pasco, throughX its lehal representatives immedia-
tely enter into negotiations for the purchase of of said building
and the proper authorities be notified at once of the desire of the
City to purchase said building.
