WHEREAS;
There is sufficient funds in the City Water Depratment,
which funds ane not needed for other purposes at thep present time,
and it is desirable to invest said funds in United States Govern-
ment War Bonds and thereby secure the interest and assist the war
effort:
NOW THEREFORE:
Be int resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the
city of Pasco, that the sum of $10,000.00 now in the City Water De-
partment fund be and the same is ordered invested in United States
Government War Bonds of Series G, and the city treasurer is hereby
authorized and instructed to purchase the same from said funds.
Passed by the Council this day of July, 1945.
