RESOLUTION NO 242
WHEREAS, By ordinance No.556,the city council declared an emergency
and provided for the transfer of -35,000.00 _ from the general fund
to the emergency fund for swimming pool purposes and WHEREAS; the said
emergency no longer exists and none of said sum has been used from the
emergency fund and it is no longer necessary to keep the said sum in
said emergency fund:
NOIR THEREFORE;
Be it rssolved by the mayor and city council of the city
of Pasco, that the sum of $ 3 ,00_0_:00 heretofore f4tansfered from the
general fund to the emergency fund for swimming pool purposes be re-
transfered back to the -general fund and the city treasurer is herey
authorized and instructed to make such retransfer.
