17HEREAS the Grange has apllied to the City Council of the City
of Pasco, for permission to lay and install a concrete slab in the
alley back of their property at 323 South M-1ain Street,in the City of
Pasco, for the purpose of using the same for a platform or base for
washing cars;
NOW THEREFORE;
Be it resoldved by the City Council of the City of
Pasco, that The Grange be and they are hereby authorized to lay and
install a concrets slab in the alley back of their premises at 323
South Dain Street, in the City of Pasco, upon the following terms
and conditions,to-wit: The said slab shall be so installed as not to
interfere with trafic in the alley w- ere the same is installed and
that the alley shall be kept open at all times for traf ic; that at
any time it becomes necessary in the opinion of the City Council to
lay or install any utility or utilities in and. along said alley the
said concrete slab may be torn up or broken into without right of
damage to the said Grange and the City shall not be required to re-
place the same.
