WHEREAS, the City of Pasco, Franklin County, State of
Washington, a. municipal cor-poration. is desirous of and is
building and constructing a public park and swimming pool
in the City of Pasco; and whereas it is necessary to ac-uire
title to lots 19, 20, 21, 22, and 23, in Block lb, Helm's
second Addition to Pasco for use in the construction, maint-
ainence and operation of said par?,� and swimming pool, and
whereas a reasonable price for said properties can not be
agreed upon between the owners of said properties and the
City:
NO4s1 THEREFORE:
' Be it resolved by the Mayor and City Council of the
City of. Pasco, Franklin County, State of Alashington, that the
said above described property be acquired by condemnation
and thpt the City Attorney be and he is hereby instructed
to bring and prosecute the necessary action in the courts
of the State of Washington, to condem and acquire title to
said property.
