WHEREAS there are certain files pertaining to the business of the
City of Pasco,now in the posession and under the control of the
Former mayor E.S.Johnson and the former city attorney Karl J.
Grimm,whick said files.are rightfully the property of the City
of Pasco, and the return of the same to the -City has been frequently
requested:
NOW THEREFORE;
Be it resolved by the Magor and City Council of the
Ci,,y of Pasco, that demand is hereby made upon E.S.Johnson former
mayor and Karl J. Grimm former city attorney,for the return to the
City Clerk of all files of every kind and nature now in their poses—
Sion refering to and in connection with the business of the City of
Pasco; That a copy of this resolution be served upon the said E.S.
Johnson and the said Karl J. Grimm.
Done in open meeting this day of March, 1945,the same being
a regular meeting of the Council.
