HomeMy WebLinkAbout0235 ResolutionRESOLUTION 2.35 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE ?MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, STATE OF WASHINGTON; That whereas on or about June 13th, 1944 one Arthur P. Hayenga died and was hurried in th-, City Cemetery of Pasco, and &t the time of the burial the surviving relatives of the said Arthur P. Hayenga contract for two graves in the said cemetery, one for the burial of the said Arthur P. Hayenga and one to be reserved for the widow of the deceased, neither of which said graves have been paid for and for both of which there is a claim on file with the Court and the administrator of the estate of the said Arthur P. Hayenga, and whereas the widow of the said deceased has now -expressed a desire to be buried elsewhere and does not want the said grave: NOW THEREFORE; Be it resolved that the City Clerk and City Treasurer be instructed to release the undesired grave, being grave number 5 Block 2A, Lot 2, and to collect for &hd deed only the one grave where the deceased is burried, being grave Number 4, Block 2A, Lot 2, and that the price of the one said grave be accepted by them in full payment of the claim against the estate of the said Arthur P.
