BE IT RESOLVED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO:
That the City of Pasco hereby grants to the United States
of America, acting through the Federal Public Housing Authority
the right to enter into and upon, and use the following streets
and alleys for the purpose of constructing a war housing pro-
ject, to -wit:
A. Alley between B & C Streets in 472 Block 7, Gantenbein's
Addition.
B-1.Alley in Block 15, Gantenbein's Addition
B Alley between D & C Streets in 47p Block 10, Gantenbein's Add.
C Alleys in Block 9, Gantenbein's Addition
C-1.Alley in Block 16, Gantenbein's Addition as described
Beginning at the NE'corner of Lot 16, Block 16; thence
South 185.09 feet; thence N. 160 E. 70.3 feet; thence
North 117.6 feet to the MV corner of Lot 1 in said Block
16, thence West 20 feet to point of beginning.
D. C and D Streets between 5th and 6th ave.
E. "D" Street between Bridge and South 5th Ave.
F. Alleys in Blocks 2 and 3, College Addition
G. Vine Street between A and B Streets
H. 8th Ave., between A. and B. Streets.
This right shall be fcr a period of the duration of the present
war and not to exceed six months thereafter.
