Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco as
follows:
That E. S. Johnston, Mayor and Ada Perry, City Clerk, are
hereby authorized and. directed to execute on behalf of the City of
Pasco that certain contract prepared by John W. Cunningham and
Associates by and between the City of Pasco and B H. Sheldon, con-
templating the construction of sewers in the City of Pasco, the
same being file No. 485 of John W. Cunningham and Associates and
be it further resolved that the above named be and the same are
hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the City of Pasco the
supplemental agreement contained therein.
