Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco
that the City Treasurer be and she is hereby directed to place in-
to ."Cumulative Reserve Fund for Sewer Extension and Improvement
and a Sewage Disposal Plant" established by Ordinance No. 477 the
sum of 9126, 252.55, the same being the proceeds of "City of Pasco
Special Fund Mater Sewage Revenue Bond of 1944, series All, and be
it further resolved that the City Clerk be and she is hereby
authorized to issue upon said fund warrants of the City of Pasco
in payment of engineering, legal, fiscal agency and construction
costs incurred in connection with -'the completion of the sewer and
sewage disposal plant project set out in Ordinance No. 5312 and
the City Clerk is hereby directed to honor the same upon approval
of the City Council.
