of Tiighways is requested and permitted to perform certain work, to ari t:

Upon presentation of a certified statement of the actual cost of all labor,
equipment, material, supplies, supervision and engineering inctirred by the
Department of Highways under this resolution, a copy of which shall be furnished

the .DEPARTMENT OF HIGHWAYS_, authorization is hereby given to effect
reimbursement to the Department of Highways for such work from the
_MOTOR VEHICLE FUMD Fund, but not, to exceed the amount of this resolu-
tion.
