Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco that
E. S. Johnston and Adah Perry, city clerk, be and they are hereby
authorized to execute and accept from the Port of Pasco a lease
covering a plot of ground thirty (30) feet square in the southwest
corner of Lot 11, Block 23 of Riverside Addition to Pasco for a term
of thirty (30) years beginning April 1, 1944, the consideration for
said lease being the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar for the entire tern.
