Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco
as follows:
That E. S. Johnston, Mayor, and Adah Perry, City Clerk, be
and they are hereby authorized to execute and deliver on behalf
of the City of Pasco to the Port of Pasco a warranty deed to
Lots 11 and 12, Block 36 of Riverside Addition_ to Pasco, the. same
being the property of the City of Pasco, the consideration for
said deed to be the sum of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars.
