BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO AS FOLLOWS:
1. That that certain system of additions, extensions, betterments
and improvements to the existing sewer system of the City of Pasco
as shown upon the map prepared by John W. Cunningham & Associates,
Consulting Engineers of Portland, Oregon, in Depember, 1943, known
as Engineers' File No. 485A-1/1807 and which is on file in the
Office of the City Clerk be and it is hereby adopted as the map and
plan of sewer additions, extensions, betterments and improvements
to the existing sewer system and the same is hereby approved_.
2. AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the additions, extensions, bet-
terments and improvements set out in Sub Paragraphs 4, 5 and 6 of
Section Two of Ordinance.No. 531 be and the same are hereby adopted
as an additional part of the plan of additions, extensions, better-
ments and improvements to the existing sewer system of the City of
Pasco, and the same are hereby approved...
