Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco
that that certain fiscal agency agreement made and entered into
by the City of Pasco and Richards & Blum, Inc. under date of
September 9, 1943, be and the same is hereby extended for a
period of sixty (60) days beginning January 91 1944.
Passed this 4th day of January, 1944.
