Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco as
follorls :
That that certain i�greement for purchase of bonds entered into
by the City of Pasco and Paine -Rice r0- Company of .3pokane, :ashington
as of the Oth day of November, 1943 be and the san=e is further ex-
tended for a period of sixty (60) days front and after the 8th day
of January, 1944.
Passed this 4th day of January, 1944.
