The Petition of Adelbert H. Avery and Violet J. Avery,
husband and wife, requesting the vacation of the following described
property in Northern. Pacific Plat of Pasco to -wit:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 2 in Block
1 of northern Pacific Railway Company's plat of
Pasco, thence running easterly upon the north line
of said Lot 2, produced east to the eastern boun-
dary of said plat adjoining the northern Pacific
Railway Company's charter right-of-way, thence
southwesterly along the said eastern boundary of
said plat to a point intersecting with the south
line of Lot 1 in Block 1 in said plat produced
east, thence west along; the south line of said Lot
l produced east to the southeast corner of said Lot
1, thence north along the east line of Lots 1 and
2 in Block 1 to the point of beginning.

having been filed herein;
NO1,7, T=EFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Pasco that Tuesday, the 4th day of January, 1944, at 8:00
o'clock P.M. at the regular meeting place of the said City Council
be and the same is hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing the
said Petition, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of the same as required by law.
