)Resolution Adopting the Prelim-
inary Budget for 1944:
Whereas, the City Council of the
City of Pasco, Washington met in
regular session on Tuesday;,' Sep-
:tember 14, 1943, to consider the '
preliminary budget for the City of
Pasco for the year 1944 and having
made such revisions as deemed
advisable in said budget as sub-
mitted by the City Clerk.
Now, therefore, be it resolved,
that the preliminary budget as
considered be, and the same is or-
dered, placed on file for the in-
formation of any taxpayer who
may call at the office of the City
Clerk, for information regarding
lsame, or for copies thereof.
Be it further resolved that the
City Clerk of the City of Pasco
give due notice that the said pre- ,
Iliminary budget is on file and .
that the City Council will meet on
Monday the 4th day of October,
11943 at the hour of eight o'clock
p.m. at the City Hall in the City
of Pasco, for the purpose of fixing I
final budget and making tax le-
vies in accordance therewith; that
the City Clerk cause such notice
to be published once each week
for two consecutive weeks imme-
diately following the adoption of
this resolution.
