RESOLUTION NO. ZQ 7
Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco:
Pursuant•to Ordinance No. 516 there is hereby created in the
Office of the City Treasurer a special fund to be known as
"Parking Meter Fund". Into said fund shall be placed all
money received from the parking meters purchased on the 22nd
day of June, 1943 by the City of Pasco. Until the payment
of the purchase price in full for said meters no withdrawals
from said fund shall be made except as shall apply upon said
purchase price in the manner provided by that certain contract
entered into by the City of Pasco on the 22nd day of June, 1943
with the Duncan 1, -et er Corporation.
Upon the payment in full of said purchase price said fund
shall be abolished and any funds remaining therein shall be
` transferred by the City Treasurer to the current expense fund.
