RESOLUTION NO. J 0 Z
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO
AS FOLLOWS:
1.
That E. S. Johnston, Mayor, and Adah Perry, City Clerk,
be and they are hereby authorized to execute a sewar easement
to the United States of America for the purpose of construction,
installation, operation and maintenance of a sewer line running
from the project constructed by the Federal Public Housing
Authority known as Parkside Homes to connect with the City at
the corner of North First Avenue and the alley running between
Yakima and Shoshone Streets.
