RESOLUTION NG.
WHEREAS, the City of Pasco made application to the "Federal
Works Agency" for the lease of 1,500 lineal feet of 2-J" single
jacket fire hose and 100 lineal feet of 1*" single jacket fire
hose, which has been granted by the President of the United
States, and whereas the United States of America has submitted
to the City of Pasco a lease of said property now therefore,
BE'IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
That said grant and lease is hereby approved, and that the
act of E. S. Johnston, Mayor of the City of Pasco in executing
said lease on behalf of the City of Pasco be, and it is hereby
ratified and that the act of Adah Perry, City Clerk in attesting
the same be and the same is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council and approved by the Ma:tor this
