1 RESOLUTION NO.

3 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,
WASHINGTON:
4 1. That a temporary permit be granted to the Federal
5 Public Housing Authority to temporarily block the following
6 described streets and alleys in Riverside Addition to the City
7 of Pasco.
8 a.. That portion of South Seventh Avenue, 100 feet in
9 width, that lies between the south line of Ainsworth Street
10 and the north line of Washington Street, subject to easement,
11 if any, granted by City of Pasco to Pacific Power and Light
12 Company for location and maintenance of a power transmission
13 • line along said Avenue.
14 b. That portion of South Sixth Avenue, 100 feet in width,
15 that lies between the south line of Ainsworth Street and the
16 north line of Washington Street, and the East one-half of said
17 South Sixth Avenue between the north line of River Street and
18 the south line of Lot 9, Block 40, projected westerly.
19 c, That portion of Washington Street, 80 feet in width,
20 that lies between the west line of South Fifth Avenue and the
21 center line of South Sixth Avenue.

11 between the south line of Lots 10 and 17, and the north line
12 of Lots 11 to 16, both inclusive.
13 J. The alley, 10 feet in width, in Block 40, extending
14 westerly from South.Fifth Avenue, and which lies between the
15 south line of Lots 1, 2 and 3 and the north line of Lot 20.
16 k. The alley, 10 feet in width, in Block 40, that extends
17 from South Fifth Avenue to South Sixth Avenue and lies between
18 the south line of'Lots 17 and 10 and the north lines lots 11 to
19 16 inclusive, all in Block 40.
20 2. This Permit is granted for the purpose of the erection
21 and maintenance, by the Federal Public Housing Authority, of
22 a trailer camp to accomodate war -'workers and shall be in force
23 only so long as said camp is maintained.
24 3. It shall not be construed to relinquish any of the
25 rights of'the City of Pasco and the people generally into fee
26 simple title to the said streets, and is also conditioned upon
27 the maintenance by the. Federal Public Housing Authority of a
28 street or. road giving access to' Washington Street from the East.
