BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,

WASHINGTON:
That Resolution No. 196 be amended to read as followff:

WHEREAS, the President of the United States of America
6
has approved an appropriation by the Federal Security Administrator
7
in the sum of $67,000.00, for the construction of a Federal
8
Recreation building in the City of Pasco, Washington, and the
9
City of Pasco has been requested to donate to the United States
10
of America a site for said building now therefore,
11
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO,

WASHINGTON:

That said appropriation be accepted and the following described
15
real estate be offered to the United States of America as a site
16
for said building.

That part of the City Park in Pasco situate in the
18
west half of northwest quarter (W2 of NV ) of Section
twenty-nine (29) in Township nine (9) North, Range thirty
19
(30) East of the Willamette Meridian, described by metes
and.bounds as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner
20
of Nixon Street and worth Third Avenue in the City of
Pasco; thence northwesterly, along the west line of said
21
North Third Avenue, 720 feet to the point of beginning of
the tract of land herein described; thence continuing
22
northwesterly along said west line of North Third Avenue,
15O.feet; thence southwesterly at right angles 170.74 feet
23
to the east line of North Fourth Avenue; thence southerly,
along said north Fourth Avenue, 159.08 feet; thence north -
24
easterly 223.71 feet to the oint of beginning; containing
sixty-eight hundredths (O.68p} of an acre, more or less.

entitled property and an easement to the United States of America

for the purposes of connecting the said Federal Recreation Building

to the sewer system of the City of Pasco under date of February 17,
