RESOLUTION NO. -�--
WHEREAS, the United States of America is desirous of closing
any public streets, roads, platted or dedicated areas within the
City of Pasco within the boundaries of the military reservation
known as Pasco Holding and Reconsignment Point, lying and being
east of -the east line of Gray Street.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PASCO, WASHINGTON.
That the attached Consent and Waiver to be filed in the District
Court of the United States in and for'the Eastern District of
Washington entitled United States of America, Petitioner, versus
John S. Eddings, et al, Defendants be, and the same is hereby
approved and the Mayor of the City of Pasco, E. S. Johnston, be
and he is hereby authorized to execute the same on behalf of said
City.
Passed and approved this day of February, 1943.
