2 WBEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Pasco that the Director
3 of Highways erect certain signs on the route of Primary Highways No. 3
4 and No. 11 within the corporate limits of the City of Pasco, now, therefore
5 BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Pasco does hereby acknowledge that
6 it cannot satisfactorily accomplish and will delay and be unable to per -
7 form such work on such City streets and waives notice of the Director of
8 Highways thereof;
9 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Highways is requested
10 and permitted to perform such work to the amount of $102.75 dollard, an
11 amount not in excess of the amount of money now credited or reasonably
12 anticipated to accrue to the City of Pasco in the motor vehicle fund during
13 the next fiscal year, such work cost to be charged against the amount so
14 credited, or to be credited; and
15 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon statement of the cost of such work
16 and journal voucher therefor, approved by the City of Pasco, for all labor,
17
equipment, materials, supplies and engineering, the State Auditor is
18 authorized and directed to reserve and credit to the Department of Highways
19 in payment for such work any funds credited or to be credited to the City
20 of Pasco in the motor vehicle fund not to exceed the above specified sum;
21 all in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 187, Session Laws of 1937.
