7 a corporation of t:�.e State of "cine, all of Lots 4,5,6,7,B, and 9 of
. 8 Block 40 in iverside Addition to t}!e City of Pasco , together with
9 that portion of Sixth Avenue ( foxyaerly I"adison Street) and the alley
10 1�G runnir_g and situate between Lots 4, 5, and 6 and lot 7 of said
11 block,pbe and the sa-e is hereby ratified.
