BE IT RE30LVED :Jy Tri: CI`,LY GJ,_T'U!L Oi' `.1'r! CITY OF IASCO AS
FOLLOWS:
Section One: That the City '_'reasurer of the City of
Vasco be and.she is hereby directed to create in her office
a fund to be known as "Free Public L'i,brary Fund of the City
of Pasco" into which shall be placed all monies appropriated
by the City Council for the support of the Carnegie Library
of the City of Pasco, together with all monies received in
the operation of said library and all monies received under
i any special tax levy -jhich rnr---y hereafter be imposed for the
support of said library.
Section TWO: Said fund shall not be used for any but

i library purposes.
Section Three: The Board of Trustees shall have the
exclusive control of expenditures from said fund, sura. ect
i
to any examination required by the. State of-':Tashington or
the City Council of the City of Pasco: All money shall be
paid from the fund by vouchers approved by a majority of the
Board of Trustees, without further audit.
_'ECTIOII Four: The, Board of Trustees of said library
shall not make expenditures or incur indebtedness in any year
in excess of the amount of money available for library purposes..
Section Five: There is hereby transferred into the said
fund the sum of -%.,24.68 now on deposit in the Pasco Branch of
the Seattle -First PTIational Bank to the credit of said library
and also any unexpended funds under the 1941.budge- novo in the
treasury of the City to the credit of ;said library.
