Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Pasco,
Washington as follows:
Thst the Mayor and the City Clerk be and are hereby
authDoized and directed to execute a warranty deed to the
Pacific Power and Light Company, s Maine corporation to
lots 4 to 9 inclusive in Block 40, of Riverside Addition to
the City of Pasco together with that portion of the now
vacated Mpdison Street lying North of the South line of said
lot 9 extended and that portion of the now vacated alley in
,said Block 40 lying North of the North line, of Lot 7 in said
Block 40.
The delivery of said.conveyance shall be conditioned
upon the conveyance by the Port of .Pasco to the City of Pasco.
of Block 41 in Riverside Addition to the City of Pasco.
Passed and approved this.atday of July, 1941.
