BE IT RE DIVED, that, the' City of, Pavao does boreby
acknowledge t1nt it will not satisfactorily accomplish aga

and waives notice of the 'Areator of-4ighways thereof,,
BE IT FURTMV RR8Q-1VED,, that, the DiradtO- of Highways is
requested and permitted to perform su,,Oh work to the amount of
$175.00, an amount- not in excess of the araount of money now
credited or reasonably anticipated to aporue to the City of
Pasco in the awtor vehicle fund during the next fiscal year,
such work cost to be_ changed agairAt the amount so creditedi
or to be Credited; and
BE IT MRTHER RESILVED, that upon statement of the cost
of such work and journal .voucher thertfor, approved by the
PiV. of Pasco, for all labor,, equipment, materials, supplies
and engineering, the State Auaitor is authorized and directed
to reserve and credit to the Department, of �ighvmys in payment
of sucli work any funds ctedited or to be credited to the Gity-
.of kssao in the motor vehicle fund not to exceed the abo*e
specified sum; all in-adcordance with the provisions of
Chapter 187, Session Laws of 19370
